To recognise private companies which demonstrate good corporate citizenship.
  • Private companies registered with a Certificate of Incorporation operating in Hong Kong.
  • If the company operates as a group, the holding company and its subsidiaries should submit separate nominations.

Caring Organisation Logo

Caring Organisation Logo

To recognise organisations which demonstrate a caring spirit.
  • Government departments, statutory bodies, chambers of commerce, professional bodies, international service clubs, philanthropic foundations and non-profit hospitals.
  • Organisations and groups of any other nature will not be considered.

Caring Company / Caring Organisation being awarded from 2005/06 to 2009/10 for five consecutive years.

Caring Company / Caring Organisation being awarded continuously for more than five years.

Caring Ambassador

To recognise employees who actively support and participate in community programmes.
Each Caring Company or Organisation Awardee can nominate a maximum of three employees.

Caring Companies and Organisations which achieve an outstanding level will be invited to give a presentation to the Adjudication Panel to demonstrate their commitment. Awardees will then be selected by the Adjudication Panel.

Outstanding Partnership Project Award

Outstanding Partnership Project Award Logo

Caring Companies and Organisations entering this award must operate a social service partnership project with at least one non-profit charitable organisation, including the nominator, and be able to demonstrate an outstanding track record in the following areas:

  • Sustainable solutions for meeting community needs
  • Creative project development
  • Active involvement by all partners
  • Investment in partnership relations
  • Wide spectrum of resources brought by partners
  • Encouragement of employee participation

* Manufacturing enterprises with fewer than 100 employees and non-manufacturing enterprises with fewer than 50 employees are regarded as Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Hong Kong.

.All nominations should be endorsed by at least one local non-profit charitable organisation.
Self-nomination will NOT be accepted (EXCEPT government departments).
