Delisting

The Hong Kong Council of Social Service reserves the right to delist a Caring Company or a Caring Organisation, if it has been

1. convicted of any criminal offence within or across border, or
2. held responsible for any ethical conviction brought by concerned statutory body(ies), or
3. judged with infringement on business ethics and credibility by the Caring Company Steering Committee

during the Award year.

The use of the Caring Company Logo / Caring Organisation Logo should also be terminated with immediate effect.
